Summary of prostitues and STD's

Prostitution, the practice of selling sex, is a vehicle for transmissions of Sexually Transmitted Diseases. The practice of selling sex enables these infections to expand rapidly and swiftly. Unlikely, sex workers lack knowledge about these infections. As consequence, they are vulnerable to carry HIV/AIDS, gonorrhea, genital herpes, syphilis, human papillomavirus (VPV), and Chlamydia and hepatitis without knowing. Additionally, they lack the access to health care facilities. Sex workers are likely to be unchecked due to lack of health care insurance.
The implications of prostituting have a profound impact on six dimensions of health. This list includes, physical, emotional, intellectual, interpersonal, spiritual, and environmental. Sex workers are exposed to physical abuse. They lose sensitivity—that is refusal to express feelings. What’s more, sex workers face the difficulty to reason and think critically. They lack the ability to make decision by themselves. After a long period in this world, sex workers learn the incapability to establish strong or good relationships. Spiritually, they are damaged and destroyed. They lack ability to show love to others. Finally, the work place conditions are unacceptable. They are in constantly insecurity. Overall, prostitution is major issue among those who practice it.
